Programa “Conoce tu Museo”

The education department is broadening its scope with the programme “Get to Know your Museum” aimed at the educational community. This is a chance to turn a visit to the Museum into a positive and gratifying experience, in which students discover that the exhibits are not far removed from their own lives, but instead form part of their historical legacy and past.
Our main goals are:

    • to encourage comprehensive and recreational learning.
    • to understand in a practical, “living” way the significance of the museum pieces.
    • to sharpen perceptive faculties and capture children's imagination.
    • to provide a personal and active experience.

For this reason, a series of educational units have been prepared for the rooms. These are complemented by a specific workshop depending on the content of each unit.

The programme is designed for the following educational levels: Infant, Primary and Secondary.
