•  Levels:

1. Initiation: For beginners. Without previous formation of flamenco or with elementary knowledge of flamenco dance.

2. Basic: For initiated students with knowledge of Flamenco dance. Learning of the technique of a specific style (or palo flamenco).

3. Intermediate: Advanced level. Oriented toward improving and polishing technique and choreography of a specific style (or palo flamenco).

4. Advanced*: Professional Level. Fundamentally oriented towards choreographic work and expression of a specific style (or palo flamenco). It's necessary to demonstrate and prove previously an adequate technical level.

*The level in Spain is usually higher than abroad

• Length of the courses:

• Initiation and Basic: 12 hours distributed in 7 days (1 hour and 50 minutes daily; including a pause of 5 minutes)
• Intermediate and Advanced: 15 hours distributed in 7 days (2 hours and 20 minutes daily; including a pause of 10 minutes)
• Initiation for Seniors: 10 hours and 30 minutes distributed in 7 days (1 hour and 30 daily; including a pause of 5 minutes)

• Number of participants by course:

• INSCRIPTION QUOTA*:

• Initiation, Basic: 310 €.
• Intermediate and Advanced: 350 €.
• Initiation to flamenco courses for over 50 years old: 285 €.

Discount: The participants registered in more of one course during the same week will have a discount of 20% on the price of the course / courses of lower lever.
*The cost of inscription in Courses includes the attendance to the spectacles of the Villamarta Theatre programmed in the Festival, during the period of accomplishment of the corresponding Course.

• In order to formalize the inscription in the courses, you must send and application form pointing out the courses and workshops you want to attend to indicating the form of payment.
• The bulletin of Inscription will have to be executed and send it to the Festival by anyone on this means:

• The date of admission of inscriptions will open the 12nd September 2011. The requests sent before this date will not be admitted under any concept.
• Once the inscription has been formalized the Organization will send a confirmation to the applicant, who will have to send by e-mail within a week passport picture.
• The inscription in courses will become by rigorous order of admission of requests.

The quota of inscription in the Courses includes the attendance to the spectacles programmed in the Villamarta Theatre, during the period of accomplishment of the corresponding course.

The Organization will give to the participants in the Courses a certificate of participation, in which will be credited the number of distributed hours.

• All the Courses and activities will use the Spanish as unique language.
• The Festival puts at the courses disposal singers and guitarrists; the Maestro himself decides how to organize the class.
• The place of celebration of the courses is subject to changes.
• The Festival can facilitate information about modalities of lodging available in Jerez. The Festival is not responsible of the contents of this information; directly facilitated by the hotel sector.
• The Andalusian Center of Flamenco, collaborating organization of the Festival, makes available for the participants its vidiográficos, bibliographical facilities and services of registries…(ask for the schedule directly to CAF).
• The Festival has arranged a service of Day-care center for those participants who wish to come with their children.
